At Cake-N-Eat It 2 catering, we are usually approached by the bride or the bride’s mother. On average, they book their catering a year in advance, and sometimes earlier. Of course, emergencies happen. We have done wedding catering in as little as two weeks’ time, sometimes because mom & family had planned to make the food themselves, but it came down to the wire and they couldn’t finish. When you call, we will take down your personal information: wedding date, address, what Venu you have selected, the approximate number of guests, and your phone number. The next step is to set up a bridal consultation. At that time, it is best if you make sure all the important parties are there, those who will make the buying decisions and are in charge of the budget. (Sometimes you know what you want, and have already put a great deal of thought into your wedding catering. Just tell us, and we will forward a contract based on your plans. I have a lot of calls that want to know pricing, we do not give any pricing over the phone. Every Bride is different and ever menu is selected according to the client! Prices are based on menus, design, rentals, Cake-N Eat It 2 will try to accommodate every budget and detail. At that time, we meet you will leave with a quote, then the information, with prices based on what we know at the time.
