We do not accept any commission from vendors, nor do we benefit from selecting any particular vendor or location. Our only benefit is your happiness. All details are kept in strict confidence. Our contract includes an optional confidentiality agreement, so you can rest assured that your privacy is protected. We have served many high profile clienteles in a wide-range of situations. Depending on the volume of events a, wedding planning may be handled by the conference services and a dedicated wedding coordinator may handle catering department or it.
A successful wedding coordinator must be personable, possess strong follow up skills, and able to multitask, Joyce, has experience and is honest and professional.
Multitasking skills are critical. “You may be coordinating a ceremony, and then a bride calls you because a boutonniere is missing. You want to make sure that you have had a phenomenal experience because wedding coordinator jobs; the good news is that that Joyce is that and more.
Wedding coordinators and wedding managers are expected to convey a positive image; Joyce has strong interpersonal skills, and maintains a professional, well-groomed image. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, understand budgets, and have a strong knowledge of hospitality.
Wedding managers have the added responsibilities of overseeing the wedding coordinators, meeting departmental expectations such as budget and staffing, and ensuring that they effectively represent the rules of each venue.
